staff were friendly, good location, animation group were as an excellent point of the hotel.
mini bar was charged only for first night and for further nights we had to pay for it.I think it is not graceful for an all inclusive 5 star hotel. air condition was working only from 10:30 PM just for 2 hours. there are not access to internet in rooms.
